Key takeaways
- One page per week: money, fans, time and next steps.
- Works whether you manage your page alone or with an agency.
- No fan names or personal data: only totals from your own statement.
- Every next step gets a person and a date, so nothing just “happens someday”.
What's inside the template
| Section | Fields | Why it helps |
|---|---|---|
| The basics | Period start and end, time zone, platform, currency | So every week is measured the same way |
| The money | Gross revenue, platform fee, after platform fee, agency share, what is left before tax and own costs, how refunds are handled | So you see what is actually yours, not just the big number |
| Your fans | New subscribers, renewals, visits where the source is known | So you know whether fans are finding you and staying |
| Time and to-dos | Your hours, open paid requests, actions completed | So you notice when the work gets too much |
| The plan | What we noticed, our best guess why, next step, who does it, review date | So every week ends with a decision |
How to fill it in
- Write down the period, time zone, platform and currency first, and keep them the same as last week.
- Copy the totals from your own statement. Never add individual fan names or messages.
- If you do not know a number, leave it empty. An empty field is honest; a made-up zero is not.
- Keep “what we noticed” and “why we think it happened” apart. A guess is not a fact until you have checked it.
- Give every next step a name and a date, then save a dated copy for yourself.

A made-up example
These numbers are invented to show how the template works. They do not describe any creator.
| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| Fans spent (gross) | $2,500 |
| Platform fee (20%) | $500 |
| After platform fee | $2,000 |
| Agency share (example: 35%) | $700 |
| Left before tax and own costs | $1,300 |
| What we noticed | More custom requests than last week |
| Best guess why | The new welcome message; not proven yet |
| Next step | Keep the message for two more weeks and compare |

Getting the most out of it
The template is most useful when you fill it in at the same time every week, even in quiet weeks. After a month you will start to see patterns: which weeks feel heavy, which offers fans love, which platform brings people who stay. If some of the numbers on your statement confuse you, our guide to OnlyFans stats explained translates them into plain words.
A quick note: “left before tax and own costs” is not what you take home. For tax questions, please talk to a tax adviser.

Frequently asked questions
Is the template really free?
Yes. You can download it from this page without signing up and use it as often as you like.
Do I need an agency to use it?
No. It works just as well if you run your page alone. With an agency, it is a good way to check that your weekly review covers the important points.
Should I add fan names or chat details?
No. Only use totals from your own statement. Keeping personal fan data out of the template protects your fans and you.
