Ventures Agency is a brand of Noblesse Studios LLC. This notice covers the website ventures-agency.com, the enquiry and contact forms and the contact that follows. Data from an ongoing collaboration may additionally be covered by individual service and data-processing arrangements.
Information in your enquiry
The enquiry form asks for your platform, current stage and available time, then optional questions about goals, support needs and content style, plus an optional note. First name, email, Instagram username or profile link, phone or WhatsApp number and confirmation of age and contact permission are required. A creator profile for review is optional. The contact form asks for name, email, topic and message; job applications also ask for languages, availability and an optional link; the leak check asks for your public creator name and email. Please do not include identity documents, passwords or sensitive details in free-text fields.
What happens when you send a form
When you submit, your details are sent to a function run by our hosting provider Netlify, which forwards them to our team as a Telegram notification. The submission includes the page on this website from which you reached the form or — if you came directly from another website — only that site’s domain (for example google.com), plus any campaign parameters in the URL. This origin information comes from your browser’s referrer; nothing is stored in your browser for it. We use your details only to review and answer your enquiry, never for a newsletter.
Hosting and fonts
This website is hosted by Netlify. Each request processes technical data such as IP address, time and browser information to deliver the pages and keep them secure. Fonts are served locally from this website; no request is made to Google Fonts. Social icons are plain links and do not embed third-party content.
Purposes and legal bases
We process enquiry data to take steps you request before a possible contract and to deliver agreed services. Website operation and security rely on legitimate interests; required records rely on legal obligations. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it for the future. For users in the EEA, the bases are Article 6(1)(b), (f), (c) and, where applicable, (a) GDPR.
Cookies and international processing
This website uses no analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies. If you choose light or dark mode with the switch, only that setting is stored locally in your browser; it never leaves your device. We do not sell personal data. Noblesse Studios LLC is based in the United States; the providers named above may process data in the US or other countries. Ask us for details of the transfer safeguards that apply.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are kept for up to twelve months; data of active clients for the duration of the collaboration plus three years. Financial records follow statutory requirements.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability, and withdraw consent. EEA users may complain to a supervisory authority; California residents may have additional rights. Contact: hello@noblessestudios.com. Encryption in transit and access controls protect your data, but no internet transmission is completely secure, so please never send passwords or identity documents through the forms.
