For our creators, social media is the shop window. Your job is to keep that window bright: content ideas that fit each creator's brand, a calendar that matches the time she has, and posts that follow each platform's rules. You work closely with the creators, their manager and the chat team, so that what fans see in public matches what they find on the page.

What you will do
- Build channel and content plans that fit each creator and her audience.
- Write briefs and shot lists, coordinate approvals and keep the posting calendar on track.
- Look at reach, profile visits, link clicks and new subscribers, and understand how they connect.
- Document what you tested and recommend the next step based on the results.
- Work with creators and the operations team while respecting platform rules, creator boundaries and agreed budgets.
What you bring
- Hands-on experience in social media, content marketing or audience growth.
- The ability to explain what a campaign was meant to achieve, what you did and what came out of it.
- A structured way of planning, testing and reporting.
- Very good English for briefs and coordination. Tell us how good your German is as well.
- A good feel for brand fit, creator boundaries and the rules of each platform.
How we work
Ventures Agency manages adult creators, mainly on OnlyFans and Fansly. Public social media content is safe for work, but in this role you will also come into contact with adult content and related messages, so you must be at least 18. Discretion and careful handling of data are part of everyday work.
