What you will do
- Reply to fans in the agreed language and in the creator's voice.
- Offer approved content and paid messages accurately, without promises outside what she has agreed to.
- Write handover notes for the next shift: requests, follow-ups and anything worth knowing.
- Pass questions, complaints and unusual requests to the manager when they need the creator's approval.
- Use feedback to keep getting better at what you do.
What you bring
- Native-level written German for German chats, or very good written English for English chats.
- A natural writing style, an eye for detail and reliability in your agreed shifts.
- Good judgement about boundaries, discretion and when to ask for help.
- Confidence with digital tools and with handling several conversations at once.

How we work
Ventures Agency manages adult creators, mainly on OnlyFans and Fansly. In this role you will work with adult content and related messages every day, so you need to be at least 18, comfortable with that and discreet. Handling creator and fan data responsibly is part of the job.
Everything is remote. Shifts and hours are agreed with you, part-time or full-time. Pay and the details of your working arrangement are discussed openly during the application process, before you start.
