OnlyFans Agency Commission: What You Pay and What You Keep

At Ventures Agency, our commission is 25–50% of your revenue after the platform fee. OnlyFans keeps 20%, and our share is calculated on the 80% that's left, including what you already earn. There are no upfront fees and no extra fees, and your exact rate is agreed in writing before we start.

Below you'll see what that means in dollars, the one question that makes any agency offer comparable and how to work out whether it's worth it for you (as of October 2026).

Key takeaways

  • Our share: 25–50% of revenue after OnlyFans' 20% fee, agreed in writing.
  • No upfront fees, no extra fees, cancel monthly.
  • Always ask: a percentage of what? Before or after the platform fee makes a big difference.
  • The share applies to all your revenue, not only the growth, so work out when it pays off.

The maths, step by step

Say fans pay $6,000 in a month. Here's where the money goes at both ends of our range (example numbers):

At 25%At 50%
Fans paid$6,000$6,000
OnlyFans keeps 20%$1,200$1,200
Left after the platform fee$4,800$4,800
Agency share$1,200$2,400
What you keep, before taxes and costs$3,600$2,400

The question that changes everything: a percentage of what?

Two agencies can both say “30%” and cost you very different amounts. With the same $6,000 month:

  • 30% of the $6,000 fans paid = $1,800
  • 30% of the $4,800 left after the platform fee = $1,440

That's $360 a month, or $4,320 a year, just from the calculation basis. It also means a “lower” rate isn't always cheaper: 35% of $6,000 is $2,100, far more than 25% of $4,800 ($1,200). So whenever you see a percentage, ask what it's calculated on, and get the answer in writing.

Three ways agencies charge

  • Revenue share: the agency gets a percentage of your earnings. If your month is slow, they earn less too. That's how we work.
  • Flat fee: a fixed monthly amount, whatever you earn. It can be cheaper when your earnings are high and steady, but you pay it in a quiet month too.
  • A mix: a fixed amount plus a percentage. Ask exactly how both parts are calculated.

An upfront fee isn't automatically a scam, but it moves the risk onto you. Always ask what you get for it and what happens if it isn't delivered.

What our share covers

  • A 24/7 chat team writing in your voice, within your boundaries
  • Content planning, shoot ideas and pricing for subscriptions, bundles and paid messages
  • Social media growth on Instagram, TikTok, Reddit and X, with posts going live only after your OK
  • Your brand look and tone
  • Content protection: we search for leaks and file takedown requests (no one can promise every copy disappears)
  • A short weekly review with your manager, so you always know what you earned and what's next

When does it pay off?

Because the share applies to everything after the platform fee, your earnings need to grow by a certain amount just to keep what you had on your own. The simple rule: growth needed = share ÷ (100% − share).

  • At 25%: about 33% more
  • At 40%: about 67% more
  • At 50%: twice as much (100% more)

Below that point you're mainly paying for time back, which can be totally worth it if chats and planning eat your whole week. Nobody can guarantee growth, including us. Our guide Is an OnlyFans agency worth it? walks through it with examples.

Frequently asked questions

How much do OnlyFans agencies take?

It varies a lot, and many agencies don't publish a rate. At Ventures, it's 25–50% of revenue after the platform fee, with no upfront or extra fees. Always compare offers on the same basis.

Is the commission calculated before or after OnlyFans' 20%?

With us, after. If fans pay $1,000, OnlyFans keeps $200 and our share is calculated on the remaining $800.

Does the share also apply to what I already earn?

Yes. While we work together, it applies to all revenue after the platform fee, not only to new growth. That's why we recommend doing the maths before you start.

Are there setup fees or a minimum term?

No setup fees and no extra fees. You can cancel monthly, or immediately if we both agree, and the details are in the written agreement you receive before we start.

Can my rate change after I sign?

Your rate and scope are agreed in writing before we start. Ask any agency how changes are handled, and get that answer in writing too.
